7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all Lifetime Pro purchases. If you are not satisfied with the Service for any reason, you may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of your purchase date.
How to Request a Refund

Please include your account email address and the approximate date of purchase. We will process your refund within 5–10 business days of receiving your request.
Refund Conditions
- Refund requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of the original purchase date.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Upon refund, your account will be reverted to the free tier and you will lose access to Lifetime Pro features.
- Each customer is eligible for one refund. Repeated purchases and refund requests may be declined.
Non-Refundable Items
The free tier of TrackTheirProfile does not involve any payment and therefore is not subject to this refund policy. This refund policy applies exclusively to the paid Lifetime Pro plan.
Processing Time
Once your refund request is approved, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider and financial institution.
Exceptions
We reserve the right to decline refund requests in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or violation of our Terms of Service.
